You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned

Used markers, custom or limited-edition orders, clothing that has been worn, and sale items.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page or at +1 (724) 520-8690 with your order number. We will send return instructions.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. We do not charge a restocking fee.
